How long will it take to see results?

Great question. Funding can take a few days or a few weeks each situation is different. There are various factors that contribute to the funding process, such as funding goal, previous relationships with financial institutions, age of company, industry of company and much more.

Our team funds in rounds which allows our clients access to capital a lot faster. With a complete profile clients have been funded within days of onboarding.

How will I receive updates?

We will communicate updates in your Secure Client Portal . We will also send you an email with all the significant updates, as well as insight as to what the next steps in the funding process will be. These might include pointing out that a credit card balance that needs some attention, or reminding you of capital that needs to be placed in a specific funding institution. If ever you have questions feel free to schedule a consultation with one of our strategist.

I can see that negative accounts are being removed, but my score isn’t changing. What’s up with that?

An increase in inquiries is normal. Our strategy allows us to maximize funding potential by leveraging one inquiry for multiple funding options. After the funding round is complete we will work closely with you to remove the frivilous inquiries.

How do I send messages to Allodial Resource Management? Can I just send a text?

Unfortunately, with hundreds of clients, we have to streamline communication. As you can imagine, everyone has their preferred method of communicating, so if we have people trying to text, whatsapp, FB message or calling our personal cell phones, communication can quickly get lost and you will feel unimportant, which is certainly not the case. Because we want you to get the attention your concern deserves, we funnel all communication through either your Secure Client Portal or by email to ALLODIALRESOURCES@GMAIL.COM

I got a notification from an app that something has changed! How can I see what it is?

Due to regulatory restrictions, we can only have access to an updated credit report every 30 days at the earliest. So, if you get a notification from one of your apps that something has changed, or updated, we will not be able to provide any details about it until we are able to pull an updated report at the end of the 30-day period. Most institutions will email and mail decisions, and instructions for reconsideration.

When is my payment date?

An invoice will be sent after each funding source is obtained. You have up to (7) seven days to pay your invoice. After (7) seven days your account will be halted and all work will be ceased until the invoice is paid.

What do I do with the letters and emails I receive?

We need to see any communication you receive from financial institutions, or the credit bureaus. You can scan or take pictures of this communication and either upload it into your Secure Client Portal or email it to ALLODIALRESOURCES@GMAIL.COM

Can I still apply for credit during the repair process?

We kindly request that you refrain from pursuing additional credit during our funding rounds. Our strategic funding process thrives when it remains uninterrupted by external funding sources.
